Refund Policy

ONLINE RETURNS:
  • Bloom Room Boutique gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached for store credit ONLY.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.
  • Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.  This credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return.
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. $5 will be deducted for box damage.
  • Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

 

ONLINE EXCHANGES:

We now offer exchanges for the same item ONLY but in a different size.  Please note that the exchange is SUBJECT TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.  If we no longer have the item and size in stock when your return is received, we will issue you store credit in the form of a gift card code that will be sent via email you used on your order.  RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan since it is directly through sezzle.

  • Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.

If your return does not meet our guidelines, the return is subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to bloomroomboutique@yahoo.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.

Bloom Room Boutique does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
